Prosecutor Dismisses Case on Day of Trial

Client is charged with assault and injury to a child.  After months of negotiating for a dismissal, Client is offered a Class C misdemeanor by prosecutor.  Client rejects offer and case is set for trial.  On day of trial, Client's case is dismissed.  Client will be eligible to expunge her arrest for these charges.
