Mental Health Commitment Reversed on Appeal

Client committed by County Court At Law to a mental health hospital for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days because Court found that Client was a danger to himself or others.  Ms. Kennedy filed an appeal in the case and the Court of Appeals reversed the County Court At Law decision and ordered Client released from the mental health hospital and rendered judgment in favor of Client.
