Judge Grants Directed Verdict of Not Guilty in Theft Case

Client was charged with Theft in Collin County.  After picking a jury, the State presented its case.  Ms. Kennedy vigorously cross-examined numerous witnesses for the State.  At the conclusion of the trial, Ms. Kennedy requested the Judge grant a directed verdict of Not Guilty for her Client and the Judge granted the request.  Client is now eligible to have the arrest and charge cleared from his record with an expunction.
