Client Found Not Guilty of Driving While Intoxicated

Cient charged with Driving While Intoxicated.  During jury trial, through Ms. Kennedy's questioning, the police officer was disqualified as an expert and was limited in his testimony regarding the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.  Jury found Client Not Guilty of Driving While Intoxicated.  Client eligible to have arrest and charge expunged from his record.
