Client Charged With Two Felony Assaults Has Cases Dismissed

Client was charged with felony assault of two different women and was facing ten years in the Texas Department of Corrections.  After reviewing police reports and videotapes with Ms. Kennedy, Client decided to go to trial.  On the day of trial after much pre-trial negotiation, both charges were dismissed outright.  After the Statute of Limitations expires, Client will be eligible to have the arrests and charges erased from his criminal record.
