Client Charged With Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon Has Charges Dismissed

Client charged with threatening another with a knife.  After a thorough investigation, Ms. Kennedy set the case for trial.  On the day of trial, the charges against Client are dismissed.  After the statute of limitations expires, Client will be eligible to have the arrest and charge expunged.
