Charges Dismissed Against Client Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance

Client charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony offense.  After reviewing reports and talking to witness, Ms. Kennedy filed a Motion to Suppress all evidence against client because of an illegal stop and detention by the police.  After filing the Motion to Suppress and providing the District Attorney's Office with the appropriate case law, all charges against client were dismissed.  Client is eligible to have arrest and charge cleared from her record.
