Case Dismissed Against Client Charged With Possession of Marijuana

Client charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.  After reviewing the police report, Ms. Kennedy filed a motion to suppress all of the evidence and arrest of the client because the police lacked probable cause to stop, detain, and search client.  After a hearing, the judge granted the motion and all of the evidence was suppressed.  Therefore, the prosecutor has no evidence against the client and the case was dismissed.  Client is now eligible for an expunction of the arrest and charge.
