Assault Case Dismissed

Client charged with Assault-Family Violence.  After inadequate plea offers by the prosecutor and a lengthy investigation into the facts of the charge, Ms. Kennedy set Client's case for a trial in front of a jury.  The week before the trial was supposed to begin, the Collin County District Attorney's Office dismissed the charge.  Client is entitled to expunction of arrest and charge for Assault-Family Violence which will clear his record.
